Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Coordinate / participate in SSP implementation, including acceptance/ oversight of service providers’ SMS
  • Be competent with SSP implementation and administration processes
  • Understand the principles and expectations of Annex 19 (Safety Management) SARPs
  • Be conversant with SSP guidance materials relating to Doc 9859 (SMM)
  • Appreciate fundamental safety management principles and concepts
