CAAS regulates three types of training organisations to ensure high training standards and quality in their training programmes, and that they develop competent aviation professionals to operate safely in Singapore’s aviation system. (Any Flight Simulation Training Devices (FTSD) used by these organisations will require approvals from CAAS too.)
