What to Do When Faced with Airport Security Issues 

If you see an unattended bag or item at Changi Airport, please

• Call Airport Police Division (APD) Hotline at (65) 6546 0000.
• Wait for the APD officers to arrive and point out the exact location of the item.
• Do not handle the item or stay too close to it while waiting for the APD officers to arrive.
• Advise members of the public, including persons who claim to be the owner, to stay clear of the item.
