ICAO Training Package: Safety Management System Assessment and Monitoring
You will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to conduct the Safety Management System (SMS) assessment and monitoring, including review for SMS acceptance, assessment of safety performance monitoring and conducting periodic SMS audit/ assessment, in accordance with ICAO Annex 19.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Perform documentation review of SMS manual
- Perform onsite review for SMS acceptance
- Perform review of Safety Performance Indicators (SPI)
- Perform review of Safety Performance Targets (SPT) setting
- Assess safety performance monitoring
- Conduct periodic audit/ assessment of SMS
